全米最大の産業別労働組合である、全米鉄鋼労働組合（USW）のアシスタント・ジェネラル・カウンセル。2008年3月、アルゲニー郡議会議員に指名され、現在も在任中で、投票用機械や雇用・住宅供給における差別問題などを扱う法令制定に尽力してきた。全米規模の労働・雇用・職場委員会委員のほか、2008年の大統領選挙では、有権者保護担当弁護士に選出された。2004年、2006年にも民主党の有権者保護担当弁護士を務めた。ベンチャー・アウトドアーズの理事会副会長、アメリカ労働総同盟・産業別会議（AFL-CIO）の弁護士調整委員会（LCC）委員、LCC少数派委員団メンバー、ピッツバーグ大学政治研究所評議員、同研究所労働開発政策委員会共同議長。ニュージャージー州上位裁判所判事ローレンス・M・ローソンの司法調査官を務めた。デューク大学卒業、ノースイースタン大学ロースクール修了。

2008年、29歳でウィスコンシン州下院議員に当選。ウィスコンシン州議会での最年少議員である。議会では、高齢化及び長期ケア委員会、消費者保護委員会、選挙・選挙運動改革委員会、健康・医療保険改革委員会、州務・国土安全保障委員会、都市・地域委員会に所属している。議員以前は、NARALプロチョイス・ウィスコンシンにて4年間エグゼクティブ・ディレクターを務めた。デーン郡民主党幹事会、ウィスコンシン州アメリカ自由人権協会（ACLU）やウィスコンシン州公益法財団、女性のための法律家協会プログラム委員会委員なども務めた。現在、ウィスコンシン州法曹協会の法律サービス委員会所属。また、シャーマン地区ネイバーフッド協会、マディソン・レパートリー劇場の理事も務める。ニューヨーク大学（政治・演劇・文化学専攻）卒。ウィスコンシン大学ロースクールより法務博士号取得。

インディペンデント・ウーマンズ・フォーラム（IWF）シニア・フェロー。IWFは、法律に規定された非営利の公益団体で、経済的自由、自己責任、政治的自由を促進することによりシビル・ソサエティの再構築を目指す組織である。ほかに、マーケティングと政治的思想やプロジェクトの広報を専門とするブレイン・トレインLLCのCEOを兼任し、企業経営者やロビイストらとともに、政治思想を政策決定者や一般市民に浸透させるために活動している。第1期ブッシュ政権では、連邦教育省の事務局ディレクターとして、統合的品質管理タスクフォース代表・副代表を務めたほか、情報テクノロジー委員会の議長を務めた。同政権第2期においては、同省にて、主におちこぼれゼロ法などの障害者政策に携わった。このほか、レーガン政権においては、労働長官の政府間関係担当特別補佐官を務め、主に労働問題を担当した。コーネル大学ではホテル経営とマーケティング及び経営工学を学んだ。ジョージ・メイソン大学より国際取引学にて修士号取得。

Earl ADAMS, Jr.
Earl Adams is Deputy Chief of Staff, Office of the Lieutenant Governor of Maryland. In 2007 Earl Adams Jr. was appointed by the lieutenant governor of Maryland, Anthony G. Brown, to serve as his deputy chief of staff. In this position Earl is responsible for overseeing the legislative and policy agenda of the lieutenant governor, as well as the office’s political directive. Prior to working in the gubernatorial offices of Maryland, Earl worked in a variety of different positions. Immediately after graduating from college, Earl worked in Dallas, Texas for American Airlines. Afterwards, he worked for the office of Senator Edward Kennedy and several public advocacy groups, including People for the American Way. Earl also worked as a legislative aid to the former vice chairman of the Prince George’s County Council before becoming an associate at the law firms, Hogan & Hartson LLP in Washington, DC and Shipley & Horne, PA in Largo, Maryland. Outside of work, Earl is active in his community through numerous organizations. Earl received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2002, he graduated from both Boston College Law School and Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government with a law degree and a master’s degree in public administration.
Amanda GREEN
Amanda Green is an assistant general counsel for the United Steelworkers Union (USW) which is the largest industrial union in the United States. When Amanda is not fulfilling her duties at USW, she is a member of the Alleghany County Council. She was appointed to the council for district 14 in March of 2008. During her tenure on the council, she has introduced legislation that deals with issues ranging from voting machines to discrimination in employment and housing. Amanda was selected to be a member of the nationwide Labor, Employment and Workplace Committee and as a voter protection attorney in the 2008 Obama-Biden campaign. She also served as a voter protection attorney for the Democratic Party in 2004 and 2006. She is vice-chair of the board of directors for Venture Outdoors, and is a member of the AFL ?CIO’s Lawyers Coordinating Committee (LCC) and the LCC’s Minority Caucus. Amanda is also on the University of Pittsburgh’s Institute of Politics Board and Fellows and co-chair of its Workforce Development Policy Committee. Amanda is an alumna of Duke University and Northeastern University School of Law. Before residing in Pittsburgh, Amanda was a law clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court Judge Lawrence M. Lawson, in Freehold, NJ.
The Honorable Kelda ROYS
Kelda Roys was elected to represent the 81st assembly district in the Wisconsin General Assembly in 2008 at the age of 29. She is currently the youngest serving state legislator in Wisconsin. In the General Assembly, Kelda serves on the Committee on Aging and Long-Term Care; Committee on Consumer Protection; Committee on Elections and Campaign Reform; Committee on Health and Healthcare Reform; Committee on State Affairs and Homeland Security; and the Committee on Urban and Local Affairs. Prior to being elected to office, Kelda was the executive director of NARAL Pro-Choice Wisconsin for four years. She served on the executive board of the Dane County Democratic Party and on the boards for the ACLU of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Public Interest Law Foundation, and the Legal Association for Women’s program committee. She was appointed to and currently serves on the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Legal Services Committee, and on the board of the Sherman Neighborhood Association and the Madison Repertory Theatre. Kelda attended New York University and graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in politics, drama, and cultural studies. She then went on to receive her juris doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Andreas BORGEAS
Andreas Borgeas is a Member of the Fresno City Council (California). Andreas Borgeas was sworn in as a member of the Fresno City council representing northwest district 2 in January of 2009. Outside of his elected office, Andreas is also an adjunct professor at the San Joaquin College of Law. Previously, Andreas served in the office of general counsel for the National Association of Security Dealers (NASD, now FINRA) and as an associate with Luce Forward Hamilton & Scripps and Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek. He was a law clerk in the office of US District Court Judge Oliver W. Wanger in the Eastern District of California and in the Office of Counsel to the President in the White House. Andreas received his bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University, his master’s degree from Harvard University, and his juris doctor from Georgetown Law School.
Jeff EAGER
Jeff Eager is a Member of the Bend City Council (Oregon). Jeff Eager was elected to a four year term with the Bend City Council in November 2008 in a three-way race. Outside of politics, he is a partner in the law firm of Balyeat, Eager & Steele LLP. Previously, Jeff was an associate attorney with Balyeat & Gregory, LLP and with Karnopp Peterson LLP, a board member with the Deschutes County Commission on Children & Families, and a board member for the Bend City Council’s Central Area Plan Advisory Committee (CAPAC). After graduating from law school, he served as the manager for Congressman Greg Walden’s 2004 re-election campaign. Jeff previously worked in Congressman Walden’s Washington, DC office from 1999 through 2001, and in the Washington, DC office of Congressman Robert Smith from 1997 to 1998. Jeff received his bachelor of arts degree in politics and history from Willamette University in 1997. In 2004 he received his juris doctorate degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was president of the student bar association. He graduated with the Order of the Coif, the highest academic honors possible from the law school.
The Honorable Jeff KING
Jeff King was elected to the Kansas House of Representatives in 2006 and re-elected in 2008. In the House, Jeff is the vice-chair of the House Taxation Committee and a member of the House Judiciary and Transportation Committees. Outside of politics, Jeff is a founder and partner of the King Law Offices LLC in Independence, Kansas. Previously, Jeff was a litigation attorney for Lathrop & Gage LLC and a law clerk for Judge Deanell Reece Tacha. Jeff is a member of the Kansas Republican House Campaign Committee and the president of the Independence Lions Club. In 1997, he was awarded a Marshall scholarship and was a national finalist for a Rhodes scholarship. He was also awarded a Truman Scholarship in 1996. Jeff graduated magna cum laude from Brown University in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations and from the University of Cambridge in 1999 with a master of philosophy in agricultural economics and European studies. He holds a juris doctorate from Yale Law School.

Donna Wiesner Keene
Donna Wiesner Keene is a senior fellow at the Independent Women’s Forum (IWF) in Washington, DC. IWF is a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to rebuild civil society by advancing economic liberty, personal responsibility, and political freedom. She is also the ceo of BrainTrain LLC, a business specializing in marketing and communicating political ideas and projects. BrainTrain works with executives and lobbyists to propel ideas toward policy-makers and ordinary citizens. In the second Bush Administration, Donna worked in the US Department of Education, focusing on disability policy from early intervention to No Child Left Behind to rehabilitation. In the first Bush Administration, as director of the executive secretariat for the department, she represented the secretary and deputy secretary on the Total Quality Management Task Force, and chaired the Information Technology Committee. She also served as a Reagan Administration special assistant for intergovernmental affairs in the Office of the Secretary of Labor, where she focused on labor issues. Donna holds a master’s in international Transactions from George Mason University and a bachelor of science in hotel administration with an emphasis on marketing and engineering from Cornell University.
